Agriturismo il Selvino is a Tuscan farmhouse with swimming pool and restaurant, in Terricciola, between Pisa and Volterra. The farmhouse is located about 35 minutes from the most beautiful beaches of Tuscany and close to many places rich in history and culture. The estate has a total of 10 apartments, and a swimming pool with a large flower garden surrounded by beautiful olive trees available to its guests. Each apartment has its own outdoor space with private table, chairs and umbrella. The space Casa Olivo, located on the ground floor, has an surface of 65m² and was obtained from the renovation of the original granary of the estate. This apartment accommodates 4 guests and includes 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, and a full equipped kitchen. Guest access Each apartment has its designated outdoor area, equipped with table, chairs and umbrella. The pool is shared with the other guests. Other things to note Exclusively for our guests, at about 5 minutes by foot from the farmhouse, there is a lovely private lake where it is possible to practice sport fishing upon reservation or simply relax surrounded by nature. Also only for guest's staying at Il Selvino, it will be possible to request dinner 2 times a week at the beautiful inn located inside the estate with indoor dining room and garden. For the 2025 season the restaurant will be open from April 17th to September 30th on Monday's and Fridays from 7.30 to 8.30 p.m. Breakfast is not available. We are located in the beautiful countryside of Pisa, a land rich in history, nature and culture; in a natural setting of rare beauty, ancient trees, olive groves and rows of vines extending from the hills to infinity with their sweet and poetic profile. In this corner of great charm it lies the farmhouse Il Selvino, more precisely in Terricciola (PI), an ancient Etruscan village like many others, located between the province of Pisa and Florence. Terricciola, whose name refers to "terrain", is nicknamed "city of wine" because of its soil particularly suited for the cultivation of grapes, just the perfect place for the production of high quality wines. Agriturismo il Selvino, surrounded by a real and authentic Tuscan atmosphere has always been a family-run business. The estate is made of three ancient rural buildings and it has been perfectly restored keeping the classic Tuscan style.
