Welcome to my place – Kapana Luxury City Center Apartment.This brand new apartment with modern and design furniture is located in the most central and popular part of Plovdiv – Kapana District, great location for exploring all the historical places on foot! It will suit well couples, families as well as business traveler. We provide FREE private GARAGE, Free 1Gb Wi-Fi and multi-channel TV, coffee and tea.We have another apartment available in the same building, just ask. The space The apartment is on the 1st floor of a new building with a doorman, elevator and a garage. It features a living room with a kitchen, one bedroom, a bathroom and a huge terrace. The entire apartment is fully accessible with everything in it. The living room comes with a comfortable extended sofa, which provides sleeping space of 154/200 cm. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, oven, induction hob, toaster and coffee machine. The bedroom has a king size bed 160/200 cm with comfortable ergonomic mattress. There is also an iron, an ironing board, a hairdryer and a washing machine. The terrace with its 50 sq.m. is a nice place for enjoying your coffee or cocktails. Other things to note !!! Natural gas vehicles are not allowed , for safety measures !!! The apartment is not suitable for pets. No parties or events. Smoking only on the balcony. Upon request, free of charge a baby cot. I would like to kindly ask you to take your shoes off when walking around the apartment.
