It is located in the residential area of Cimiez, a 15-minute walk from the port of Nice and the Old Town. The 2 bedrooms are facing north and overlook a balcony. All rooms are equipped with AC. The space The stay, finished with floor-to-ceiling windows, looks south and enjoys a postcard view of the city of Nice , the sea and the Cap d 'Antibes. It is extended by a 14-meter terrace equipped with a blind. The Cimiez neighborhood is one of the best neighborhoods in Nice considered residential and safe . Queen Victoria was descending at the Hotel Regina de Cimiez . The Romans had built arenas here that we still visit today. The Chagall and Matisse museums are established on the hill of Cimiez. The bedrooms are to the north and overlook a quiet balcony and a large green garden. The largest bedroom has a dressing room and 2 libraries . The bed is 160 cm by 200 cm. The Durandy and Garibaldi tram stops are a 10-minute walk from the apartment. The second bedroom is also to the north and offers 2 beds 90 cm wide by 190 cm long. The air conditioning is central and can be adjusted in every room. The apartment has just been fully renovated. Guest access The whole apartment is reserved for them. Other things to note Central air conditioning in all rooms. In order to empower everyone, electricity consumption is not included. A monthly fee of €100 for electricity consumption is included. Exceeding this amount is your responsibility. Consumption is remotely read daily by Engie and will be available to you during your stay or after your departure.
