Sea House View is a small and cozy house near the main road and the beach with sea and mountain views. Near the house there are restaurants, grocery stores, health center, bus stops (Rodoeste) and leisure spaces, with easy access by foot. Madalena do Mar is ideal for holidays, with a calm and relaxing environment. The space Sea House View is a small, cozy house on the seafront, surrounded by banana plantations and close to the main road. The inside is composed of a spacious bedroom, a bathroom, a living room and a kitchen. The outdoor space has a balcony that is ideal for relaxing and soaking up the sun while enjoying the stunning views of the sea. The house is new and carefully decorated to welcome you. It's also equipped with the essentials for you enjoy your holidays. If you rent a car, there is a space next to the entrance of the house to park it. Guest access - Guests can use the balcony, equiped with a table and chairs with cushion. - In case of need, we can facilitate some missing resource considered necessary for the stay. - Change of towels/sheets, reinforcement of essentials provided and a soft cleaning is provided on long stays once a week (from check-in). Other things to note - From September 1, 2024, the Municipality of Ponta do Sol will apply a municipal tourist tax of €2 per person/per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights. Payment of the municipal tax is mandatory. Children under 13 years of age are exempt from paying the Tourist Tax. Also: - We ask our guests to respect the house and its rules, including not forgetting to close the taps, turn off the lights and turn off the stove when they are not in use. - Smoking is only allowed outside the house. - Each guest is fully responsible for their kid(s) safety. - If you feel any type of discomfort, please let us know. We will do our best to promote your well-being. - In case of any damage, we ask that you inform us as soon as possible, so everything can be solved as soon as possible and with the less impact possible on your stay.
