The Les Longères gîte consists of an entrance/dining room/kitchen, a separate living room (convertible 2-seater bed)/bathroom (walk-in shower) + separate toilet. Upstairs, 2 large bedrooms + mezzanine TV area. Farm animals will delight young and old§ The space The cottage is adjoining our house surrounded by 10 ha of woods and meadows as well as our farm animals! (sheep and ewes, geese, chickens). The town of Montazeau, a charming little village of 300 inhabitants, in Périgord Pourpre, halfway between the Atlantic coast and Périgord Noir, 12 km from Montpon Menesterol, 40 km from Saint-Emilion and 30 minutes from Bergerac. Quiet, in the countryside, but close to all shops, you will find a very good restaurant less than 1 km away, an artisanal wood-fired bakery as well as many wine producers in our village. Supermarket 10 minutes away. 5 minutes away: The Saint Méard de Gurçon Golf Course and its course on an exceptional natural site. Gurçon Lake water sports center 5 minutes away (free access, open year-round, supervised swimming in July and August, playgrounds, various entertainment, on-site catering, picnic area, walks! Equestrian center 5 minutes away. Canoes on the Isle and the Dordogne. At the gates of the Double Forest, famous for its ponds.
