Adults Only 16+. Spacious room with ensuite bathroom and double sink in a luxurious 4-bedroom villa on a 12-hectare property with a terrace and swimming pool. From here it's 5 minutes to the city centre of Narbonne and 25 minutes to the beaches, so this is the perfect place to have a relaxing time at a luxurious french estate, enjoy the city of Narbonne, discover the area, go the beach, or go for hikes or bike rides. It's a 10-minute walk to Canal de Robine, that you can follow into the city. The space 40 m2 - Garden view - Non-smoking Spacious luxurious room on the first floor, furnished with a king size bed, a large wardrobe, a mini fridge, to keep a bottle of wine cold for example, a Nespresso machine and kettle (including all necessities) and flatscreen cable TV with Chromecast. One of the rooms of this type (there are two of them) has a four-poster bed and a second (single) bed 190 cm in length. The room with the second (single) bed can be connected to a deluxe twin room if required. The ensuite bathroom has a large walk-in shower, double sink and separate toilet. Air conditioning and WiFi Access. In the morning an extensive (vegetarian) breakfast is served. If desired, you can participate in the yoga and meditation classes (Monday to Friday; free for our B&B guests). From 3 to 10 July: no breakfast included (you can make your own in the kitchen though) and no yoga classes available. Guest access The living room, kitchen, terrace, swimmingpool and petanque area are shared with other guests. Other things to note Not necessary
