2 Bedroom apartment with shared swimming pool

Our house is located in a residential area in the village of El Perelló, the apartment is located on the side of our house and has its own entrance. Due to the drought in Spain, measures may be taken in relation to water use and the filling of swimming pools. Our region is NOT critical at this time. Beautiful beaches are only 7 km away. The space The kitchen / living room area is functional, the whole apartment is modern and has comfortable beds to make your stay pleasant. The kitchen is complete and ready for you to be used during your stay. Downstairs there is a BBQ and the swimmingpool area. Guest access Guests have their private apartment with their own garden and seating. Downstairs is a private terrace for the studio guests. The swimming pool area is shared and not to be used between 21.30 and 09.30. Other things to note The swimming pool and barbeque are shared with the studio, if it's rented (2 pers). The swimming pool area is fenced and in the downstairs garden. Tourist tax: Note that the government of Catalunya imposes a tourist tax of €1.00 to be paid by every person over 16 per night with a maximum length of 7 days. The tax is a small price to pay in exchange for clean beaches, well maintained roads, and good facilities.
