The space A beautiful Provencal villa facing south that lies 4 km from the historic city of Vence, only a few km from the sea and mountains. The Villa is located in a very quiet location with a magnificent view of the hills, the sea, the mountains and the old town of Vence. The property includes 2500mq of garden, a beautiful summer kitchen (with a barbecue and a pizza oven) , a summer lounge and a beautiful swimming pool. The house is ideal for two families . High quality property with a Ground Floor composed by a fully equipped Provencal Kitchen just renovated, a large living and dining room, another living room with a fireplace and a TV, one bathroom with laundry-machine, one bedroom with a nice terrace and another bathroom just few stairs up from the room. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one of them with a large Jacuzzi. Two of the rooms have access to a lovely terrace with an amazing view on the garden and on the country side (sea, hills ). Outside you will find a dining terrace with a summer kitchen, BBQ, pizza oven and a summer lounge in front of a very beautiful swimming pool that will allow you to spend great time with friends and family. A removable fence is available around the pool. To complete the property a nice and large Mediterranean garden with palm trees, lavender flowers, bougainvillea, olive trees, fruit trees and other plants and flowers. A large Parking area is available at the Entrance of the property. Internet Access, flat screen TV LCD with satellite channels and DVD player are available. Baby furniture available upon request (baby bed for little child, highchair, bed guard, playpen) Bookings include electricity, water, linen and towels (for bathroom and for sunbeds) Pool and garden maintenace are made once a week and the cost are included. The Villa is located in a small residential road in a very peaceful place just a few minute drive to the historical Medieval town of Vence. The beautiful, perched village, famed for its artistic heritage is full of all kind of restaurants, street cafés, galleries and shops, You will be less than 20 minutes away from Nice airport, 20 minutes from Antibes , 30 minutes from Cannes and just 15 minutes from the nearest beach. Not to far from Vence, you will find also the lovely medieval village of St-Paul de Vence that hosts many art galleries, boutiques and restaurants as well as the famous Foundation Maeght. Other things to note During July-August , the rent is for a week minimum or multiple weeks Pool and garden maintenace are made once a week and the cost are included. The garden is equipped with automating watering that during hot season works 1 H every 2 or 3 days during night A Tourist Tax ("Taxe de Séjour") could be collected fully or partially at the check-in, unless AIRBNB already did. The Full Tourist Taxe Amount in Vence is 1.5€ per adult per night (18Years and above). As example for 4 adults and 4 child that stayed for 7 nights the Total amount will be 4 *1.5*7=42 €
