The space The accommodation is a detached villa within the Podere L'allodola. The estate is immersed in the beautiful Tuscan landscape dominated by the vineyards of Chianti Rufina, centuries-old olive groves and hills of cypresses. The house consists of a living room with a fireplace, which guests can light during their stay, a large kitchen equipped with everything they need, a comfortable bathroom, two terraces, one with a view and one where there is also a large BBQ perfect for enjoying a barbecue at sunset; with two double bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the living room it is able to accommodate up to During your stay you will also have access to the garden, the tennis court, the large fenced pool (6 m x 12 m) inserted in the estate of the owners who occasionally occupy the farmhouse located 10 meters away from the house. Parking for cars is inside the estate and is free. The house is also perfect for families with children because they are free to move around the garden, which is equipped with swings, and they will have access to the tree house, the large fenced swimming pool, the tennis court, and to see the chickens that provide fresh eggs in the farmyard.
