Ruang Tekuni is a boutique apartment for young expats. Standing on 700 square meter areas, this apartment consists of 12 rooms, one residential house, and a swimming pool. Besides that, there are parking areas, services, and administration room on the ground floor. FYI : Weekly and Monthly Stay or Longterm stay we have extra for electricity and daily supplies. The space The architect brings the concept of tropical rainforest on the apartment’s design to present buildings that are in harmony with nature, through the existence of a courtyard. The courtyard designed by combining the water, stone, trees, and light elements. The natural sound from this area, such as the sound of flowing water, leaves, and the blowing of cold air can be enjoyed by apartment users through small windows designed facing the courtyard. Also over apartment terrace which is designed jutting the courtyard. Other things to note For long term stay (weekly and monthly), the guest shall pay for electricity bill.
