Modern, upmarket and newly-renovated studio cottage in Oranjezicht, one of the most beautiful and secure areas at the foot of iconic Table Mountain in Cape Town. It's a 10 min drive to Camps Bay beach, 5 mins to Table Mountain hiking trails, Gardens Shopping Center, and Cape Town's vibey Kloof and Long Streets as well as Cape Town City Centre. The studio is safe , alarmed and private, with separate entrance, and features a beautiful front deck with a view of Lion's Head and Table Mountain. The space Open-plan, flowing and contemporary space consists of bedroom with double bed, separate shower and toilet, small lounge with sleeper couch leading onto wraparound deck and pergola with views onto Lion's Head and Table Mountain. Kitchenette includes a bar fridge, Nespresso Coffee Maker, induction plate cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery for two people, and small breakfast counter. Netflix, fast internet and air-conditioner are included. Enjoy a completely private unit with own entrance, separated from main house, with street parking right outside the unit. The unit and its garden is fully alarmed, and has electric fencing and CCTV, which are linked to an armed response company. Extra pillows and blankets available on request. Laundry and ironing available on request weekdays only. Complimentary coffee and bottle of wine on arrival. Guest access Guests have full access to the unit and the garden and deck that comes with the unit. Unit has a separate entrance. Other things to note The host works as a clinical psychologist in the main house, so this venue is not suitable for parties or large gatherings. Guests who wish to entertain friends may do so but are requested to remain respectful of the space and their noise levels. The unit accommodates a maximum of two people sharing.
