Woodhall is a beautifully refurbished modern 3 bedroom house in St Merryn. It sits in a quiet cul-de-sac only 2 minutes walk from the centre of the village. St Merryn has a lovely atmosphere and you will find a great range of shops, pubs and restaurants all based near the crossroads. It is only 10 minutes drive to Padstow Harbour. There are 7 glorious beaches close by which are ideal for families, surfers and walkers. Shorter Stays available by request The space Woodhall has a large open plan kitchen diner. It is well equipped for your stay. 2 large bifolding doors open the kitchen to the enclosed garden. All three bedrooms and the main bathroom are located on the ground floor. Upstairs is a spacious lounge with a L shaped sofa, Smart TV and Sky. There are fabulous views of the open countryside from the large windows and another bathroom. Towels and bed linen are provided, please bring your own beach towels. We do allow one well behaved dog at an additional charge of £40, payable at the time of booking.
