Brand new and elegantly designed, this boutique property is set in a quiet, upscale neighbourhood between the vibrant city centre and the green outskirts. It features seven stylish apartments sharing a relaxing outdoor area with a hot tub. Enjoy professional cleaning, secure code-based access, and free private parking for a comfortable and carefree stay. The space The two levels romantic loft has an elegantly and stylishly fashionable design but at the same time, you will find it functional and practical as well. Downstairs you will find a chic open space living room with a comfy sofa, an elegant dining area together with a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and cookware available for any light cooking. An Essse by Giugiaro coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster and a dishwasher are also at your disposal. Just relax and enjoy your stay, coffee and water are on us. There is also a small toilet to use, and a private terrace. Upstairs is where the magic happens. You will discover a charming bedroom with a queen-size upholstered bed (160x200 cm) and a lovely lounge chair if you feel like reading until late in the night. If you can’t decide between a hot rain shower or a suave bath, you can have them both in the lovely ensuite bathroom, amenities and towels are also included. The bedroom also futures his own balcony. Both the living and the bedroom have a TV, so watching a football game and cartoons at the same time won’t be a problem. Child policies: Children of any age are welcome. Baby cot for children aged between 0 and 2 years is available on request and free of charge. Smoking is not allowed inside, but you are more than welcome to use the small balcony or the ground floor terrace for a coffee and a smoke. If you want to relax, you are invited to use a lovely jacuzzi situated on the property’s deck. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the private terrace, shared hot tub and all amenities. Details regarding building entry and parking access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security. Other things to note • The apartment is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. • A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby. • Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee. • Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences. • The apartment operates as a serviced accommodation, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience. • Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly. • We are a serviced accommodation, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible. • Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities. • Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents. • Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process. • Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. • A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises. • Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
