One additional set per bed will be available in the apartment. --- 😴 Quiet Hours (Condominium Rules) Guests are kindly asked to respect quiet hours: from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM --- 🧼 Before Check-out – Cleaning Guidelines Before checking out, guests are kindly requested to: Leave the kitchen and stovetop clean, including any used dishes and cookware. Do not leave open food in the fridge or elsewhere in the apartment. Dispose of trash in the appropriate street containers. --- 🚭 No Smoking Policy Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Guests may smoke on the balconies, outside, using the provided ashtrays. Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning fees. --- 🧳 Luggage Storage Luggage storage after check-out may be arranged upon request, only if there are no incoming guests on the same day. --- 🚫 Unauthorized Guests and Parties Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment. No visitors, parties, or gatherings are permitted under any circumstances. --- 🔑 Check-in Free check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Late check-in after 10:00 PM: €30 extra fee After midnight: €50 extra fee (must be arranged in advance and paid before arrival) Please inform the host of your expected arrival time so that key delivery can be coordinated. Keys will be handed over personally by the host or a trusted person. 🔁 Alternative check-in times may be arranged based on host and property availability. ⚠️ Check-in after midnight is only possible if agreed upon in advance and incurs a €50 surcharge. Heating: The service is included in the price and is provided exclusively during the winter months (from November 15th to April 15th). In accordance with current regulations, The heating service will not be available from April 16th to November 14th. --- 💰 On-site Extra Costs Air Conditioning: Included in July and August. In the other months, the air conditioning is available upon request at €10per day, to be paid before check-in via Airbnb.
