It is about 15 minutes by car from the sea and shopping centers, 1 hour from the mountains of Majella and Gran Sasso. The space Casa sotto la Quercia is on one level inside a villa, it has a size of 110 square meters, with an independent entrance and a space in front with a table and chairs under a hundred-year-old oak tree, it is comfortable and functional, very cool in summer as it is semi-basement and warm in winter with underfloor heating and a fireplace in the center of the room. Parking on site two meters from its entrance, no wi-fi but well served by the main telephone operators. Guest access The house is accessed via three steps, directly into a large tavern with entrance and bookcase, large window with a view of the historic center, fireplace in the center of the room completely open, kitchen equipped with dishes, fridge and freezer, induction hob, microwave oven, double sink, large 12-seater table, 55-inch TV, relaxation and reading corners with armchairs and sofa, hallway and closet.
