Our place is located at riverside. It has a vibrant vacation vibe with thematic decor. We let out master bedroom with attached toilet and balcony for airbnb (out of 2Bhk flat) . Very easy access to the Mumbai - Bangalore Highway (500 meters approx.). It is 5-10 minutes walking distance from grocery and general utility stores and food joints. Best suited for families. The place has 2 beautiful balconies. you can watch the sun rise in one and the sun set in another. Pls ensure to read house rules The space The guests will have access to living space, kitchen as shared spaces. They will have complete privacy with master bedroom with attached washroom and balcony. we have a beautiful garden in the attached balcony so allow us/our maid access to water the plants! we use the other bedroom as our music and painting studio. Varun is a musician and practises Sitar every night until about 10.30-11 pm. So welcome if you are a music lover! The kitchen can be used for making tea/coffee and quick meals. We would appreciate that the kitchen space gets cleaned up after use During your stay We do not usually stay at the place. However we are a phone call away for any of your questions. We will try to be there to welcome you most of the times Other things to note Hello, 1. Please ensure to read and follow all the following rules before booking 2. We need govt ID of all people we host. 3. Please follow no alcohol, no shoes, no smoking and no visitor policy. 4. Please ensure that your belongings are in your room. 5. In case of stays more than 2 days, please allow us/our maid access to water the plants in the balcony. 6. Please note that we are not giving towels,soaps due to COVID situation 7. Please note that hall and kitchen is shared space, the other bedroom is our painting and music studio wherein we frequent in the afternoon and nights. also Varun is a musician and he practises at night! 8. While you check out, please keep the garbage out (separately wet and dry in different bags, before 10 am) and keep the key on the round table in hall and drop us a message. 9. If you have any questions, you can reach us on WhatsApp. For call, the preferred time is between 9 am to 9 pm. 10. Pls keep the bedroom door key outside the bedroom/carry with you as the latch sometimes gets stuck. 11. Kindly follow the instructions for locking doors as we will discuss when we meet. 12. the kitchen has two taps. Use the right side tap for drinking water. we don't have RO/filtered water Have a pleasant stay around!
