Located between sea and countryside, 20 minutes from the pink Granite coast, the location is ideal for discovering the famous sites of Perros Guirec, Ploumana'ch, Tregastel, Paimpol, Bréhat Island, Plougrescant and many others. The summer period offers many activities, attractions, festivals, allowing you to immerse yourself in Breton culture. The space In this former farm building are grouped 4 bedrooms as well as public areas. Each of the rooms has a bathroom and separate toilet. It is of course possible to rent several of these rooms for holidays for families or holidays with friends. For convivial moments, the warm and spacious common room will be at your disposal. It includes large tables as well as a living room with TV. A wood burning Stove will warm up your autumn and winter evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped. The terrace and BBQ complete this common area. The room is called "Chez Yvonne" in reference to the former occupant of the premises. Since its reconversion, this duplex offers its occupants quiet nights in an authentic decor. A double bed and a desk are upstairs. The sofa bed and the bathroom are on the ground floor. Linens and towels are provided. If you wish, it is possible to book breakfast to start the day with the hearty local specialties.
