All shops are nearby and within walking distance. EXTERIOR A terrace awaits you where you can eat and drink an aperitif on a small outdoor wooden bar. The garden is flowery and has a mini vegetable garden. A barbecue is also available. KITCHEN Everything is available for cooking: stove, small oven, microwave, utensils, dishwasher, coffee maker and condiments. LIVING ROOM TV and large sofa. BATHROOM Spacious and very bright, the bathroom has a washing machine, dryer and hairdryer. 1ST FLOOR BEDROOM Double bed (140 cm) and a TV. 2ND FLOOR BEDROOM Room under the rooftops and very cozy.
