Sharing with other guests, two Shared Bathrooms & Shared Kitchen. Children & Infants are welcome but are counted as a guest. Checkin from 12-1pm /Checkout 10am Self Checkin Available with pre-arranged (with Front Door Entry Code) Early Luggage Drop-off available from 8am & Luggage storage available on day of checkout. The space Due to covid, social distancing applies. Wearing masks in communal areas at all times, can take off masks in your room. Sanitize each time entering the apartment, sanitizer is located inside behind the front door. Limited guests in kitchen at same time. With two guests in the kitchen from different rooms allowed in the kitchen at the same time for social distancing. Only use the kitchen for preparation of food or drinks. Do not eat at the kitchen table. All guests must eat in their rooms. Guests required to clean after using all facilities. All guests required to clean bathrooms and kitchen before and each time after use if you want to stay here. There is no cleaner, except on the day you check out to clean the room. Unfortunately, due to covid there is no breakfast available and no cleaner, if the cleaner does come to clean, all guests required to give her space and stay in your room and go out. Guests staying more than 7-9 days will be given additional clean bedding set and are required to change their own bedding, if wanted. The cleaner will not enter the room to change bedding, you will need to do this yourself. You are booking accommodation only. This advert is for a private room in a shared apartment. 24 hour Self Check-in is available at this apt but pre arranged, so you know the details. ~ Sleeps 1-4 ~1 double bed ~2 single bed ~ TV ~ Clean Towels every 4 days. ~ Clean Bedding and towels on arrival ~ Guest will have their own private lockable room in a shared apartment. **Christmas & New Years** This room is £110 per night from 21 December till 2 January And is fixed price whether it's a booking for 1,2,3 or 4 guests I'm unable to put this as a fixed price here online. So the extra amount will be paid upon checkin. Prior and after these dates, the prices return to normal. During your stay Either myself or my helpers will meet guests for checkin if its between 10am - 12pm otherwise you will do a self checkin You may see me or my team during your stay, but I am always available online.
