Wombarra Beach

This beach house was designed for family relaxation and comfort, with 180 degree Ocean views from the oversized rear deck. It has 3 bedrooms , one of which is a large studio, separate from the main house all with ensuite bathrooms. With a 4th shower and toilet in the laundry. The covered main deck has a large 8 seat table for alfresco dining . There is a fully fenced edible garden, with herbs ,fruit trees and vegetables, guests can" pick their own " what ever is in season. The space There are ceiling fans in every room,and a gas fire in TV area for chilly nights. There are two indoor sitting areas, one with a Smart TV , both with ocean views. The kitchen is fully equipped ,complete with microwave and Nespresso coffee machine dish draw dishwasher, full size oven and cook top. There is a small fridge in the Kitchen, the main large Fridge Freezer is located in the Studio. There are 2 large cupboards with crockery, pans and pantry area. The main eating area is on the covered deck complete with BBQ and table that seats 8 people. The kitchen has seating for 6 people around the kitchen bench. The house has been furnished to a high standard, with 3 Queen sized beds and a double Ottoman bed with mattress topper for extra comfort ,in TV area. Guest access This 3 bed house has 2 decks and including separate studio and a fabulous Edible Garden which is fully fenced. Please note access is via stairs and a gravel path, so not suitable for someone with mobility issues ie someone who requires a Walking Frame Other things to note There are security cameras on external entry points .
