Room quiet neighborhood nr centre Amsterdam

Room in top floor in a quiet, green, upcoming neighborhood for 1 or 2 people. You'll find everything you need for a pleasant stay. Great connections to all parts of the city, train 6 min to center. I rent out this bedroom in an apartment on the top (2nd) floor of my house that is located in a quiet zone in Amsterdam. You can use the kitchen and the bathroom on this floor as well (we don’t use it), so you'll have a lot of privacy. I also rent out the other bedroom in the top floor, so you share the bathroom and kitchen with the guest in the other bedroom. The apartment is light and fully furnished. If you watch streetview it gives you a wrong impression: it shows a street with flats, while in my street we only have family houses. See my pictures for a more accurate view of the street. I work during the day. I need to be focused, so my sleep is important. That's why I prefer to host guests who are active tourists during the day and evening, but also need their sleep at night. If you are mainly interested in partying late at night, it's better if you book with another host. De bedroom is suited for 2 people and is about 15 square meters. The room also has a cupboard to put your clothes in. On the same floor you'll find a fully equipped kitchen that you can use, with a dining tabel. You will also find a bathroom with a fairly big shower. There's wifi, information and a map of the city, bed linen and towels. Each room has windows that you can open, there's central heating and we don't have pets. No smoking is allowed in or near the house. Near my house you'll find shops, a market and several parks where you can relax and sport. Paid parking. My house is located between station Amsterdam Sloterdijk (trains, metro, tram, busses) and station Burgemeester de Vlugtlaan (with busses, metro and trams). If you take the train from Amsterdam Sloterdijk, the train takes you to Amsterdam Central station in 6 minutes. By tram you can be in the centre in 20 minutes. By bike you can be in the centre in 15 - 20 minutes where lovely canals, historic buildings, museums and clubs await you. Message me if you have a question. I'll be happy to answer. Guest access You will have access to the kitchen and bathroom in the top floor ( I use a kitchen and bathroom on another floor). During your stay We are open to interaction with guests. We always help out guests to find their way in Amsterdam so they can have the best and most comfortable stay possible in Amsterdam. Other things to note The sockets may be different in The Netherlands. Remember to bring a universal plug. To reach the room, you need to climb two steep spiral staircase.
