You can also park your car in my parking lots and go to Singapore custom from here. For booking of more than 2 guests, you will get extra floor mattress per guest. The space This is a high end condominium in JB right next to JB Custom to Singapore. Very suitable for people who are crossing the borders in between these 2 countries. During your stay Let me know if you need anything Other things to note This is not for the entire unit. There are 3 / 4 private rooms in the unit. It's for a private room with bathroom. Upon checking out, simply leave the keys at letterbox as guided in the access card. Penalty for non return of key - RM 100 Please note that this is a condominium residence. The building management may carry out maintenance or other work within the property during normal working hours (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM). There may occasionally be construction or traffic noise in the surrounding area, which is beyond our control. As such, we are unable to guarantee complete quietness throughout the day.
