The space The space you will be staying in is 40 square meters of Open Space consisting of: 1 double bed, 1 Bathroom with window, 1 corner sofa that can be made into a single bed, TV (SmartTV, 32'', Netflix), 1 large minimal bench facing the kitchen, which is suitable for breakfast or other meals as well as suitable for work since it is unobstructed and has sockets near it. The kitchen is harmoniously integrated into the apartment and is a place for preparing meals and beverages, in which you will find all the necessary cooking utensils as well as an oven and cooking hobs, a large refrigerator, toaster, glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery. This apartment has a large balcony with unobstructed views of the surrounding area. Other things to note Upon arrival, you are required to pay a tax imposed by the state and charged to the guest (called the Climate Crisis Resilience Fee) and the charge is: A) Period from November 1 to March 31 = 2.00 euros per night B) Period from April 1 to October 30 = 8.00 euros per night The charge of the above tax is not included in the price you have paid for the reservation of the apartment and you must pay it upon your arrival.
