NO SMOKING INSIDE OR IN THE FRONT YARD OR ON THE STREET - Smoking is only allowed in the backyard but as far away from any neighboring fences as possible. There is a round sofa on the south-west corner of the backyard where we would love all smokers to please go to to minimize smoke blowing over to our “very precious and extremely sensitive” neighbors.
