The unique two floor loft/apartment with 3 Air Conditioned Bedrooms & 2 Bathrooms is at the elegant 19th century building near Galata Tower on Serdar-i Ekrem Street, renovated in 2007 by a very well-known architect, redecorated in 2020, can accommodate up-to 7-8 person in comfort. Literally steps away to many spots, such as Galata Tower, Istiklal Street, Metro, Tram and even Ferries. New Galataport is literally 10 mins by walk. The space The brand new loft (redecorated in 2020) has two floors that could accommodate 6+2 person. All air-conditioned 3 bedrooms have double beds and one with a full size double sofa bed for the 7th or 8th person. Both bathrooms have XL showers and all other requirements. Upper floor welcomes you with the designed bridge, that connects 2 bedrooms to the bathroom and the living room. Original bricked lower floor with the large bedroom, very well-equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom, and The Bar area with optional dj equipment is offering fun times for the guests before they join the Istanbul nights. Upon your request, barmen and/or catering is available (note that this is not a party house, the catering fee applies and available until 12.00) The internal design made by a very reputable architect, all the furniture chosen for the owner's pleasure. Cozy Italian illumination (Arco, Kartell, Flos) will make you feel better. You can be sure the place is not a typical Ikea apartment. The last but not the least, the location offers all the residential needs such as security, silence and vehicle access in front of the building.
