The house is located in a tranquil acreage setting, on Hambledon Hill, in Singleton. It's 4 minutes to Singleton CBD, close to all amenities, surrounded by trees and gardens, relax and enjoy the bird life and the occasional visits from our friendly wallabies and kangaroos. We invite you to stay in our house. We are an international family, no matter where you are from, welcome to my home! The space This room is in Aga House, Room 2, downstairs, with a queen bed and a single bed. And it has private entrance. Aga House has three guest rooms， three bathrooms on the ground floor, a kitchen and a big lounge. The swimming pool is at the back of Aga House, with BBQ and outdoor table. Eden House has five guest rooms, a full kitchen, a big lounge and outdoor tables. All listed separate on airbnb. Owners live upstairs in Aga House. Guest access We live upstairs in Aga House, downstairs the 3 bedrooms and living room for guests. You will have your own private access to your rooms and private access to downstairs living room. Shared places: - Downstairs: living room (bar area, TV, sound system, some instruments); BBQ grill by the pool - Other shared places: front yard, basketball practice hoop, table tennis, backyard swimming pool, well maintained vegetable garden, creating rose garden. During your stay We try to welcome all our guests on their arrival. However, when this is not possible on our guest's arrival, we will check in with our guests at some stage throughout their stay to make sure they are happy.
