Vacation apartment with a beautiful terrace near the lake

My accommodation is located at our detached house in a quiet residential area very close to Lake Constance. The stop for the Lindau city bus is a few minutes away. A nice foot/bike path goes to Wasserburg Dorf. The 1-room apartment has a nice terrace where you can also grill and a small garden. Linens and towels are furnished. The nearby seaside resorts Lindenhofbad (free) with beach cafe and Aquamarin are within walking/biking distance. The space Our small but nice apartment has everything you need for a successful vacation. The kitchenette is fully equipped. There is also a toaster, a coffee machine (filter machine) and kettle. Towels, bed linen and dish towels are included. We are happy to provide baby cot or high chair for free on request. Bikes can be parked in front of the apartment under cover, not visible from the street. Guest access The apartment is located on our single-family home, but has a private entrance and private terrace and garden. A car can be parked in front of the house. Other things to note Currently, the tourist tax of the municipality of Wasserburg is 3.30 euros per person per day. This is due in cash on site. This includes the ECHT BODENSEE CARD with many discounts, as well as free travel by bus and train.
