Fully air conditioned and furnished 3BR independent Villa with spacious Lawn of 3000 Sq feet with lake view. 2. Three spacious bedrooms each with an AC, king size bed, wardrobe, balcony , attached bathroom, geyser , bedsheets and blankets. Extra mattresses available if a large group is interested. 3. Kitchen available for self cooking with gas stove, microwave, refrigerator,basic utensils, plates and cutleries. You are welcome to self cook. 4. 42'' LED TV with Cable connection and home theatre system 5. Partying allowed provided nobody is harmed and nothing in the villa is damaged. :) 6. NO WIFI as the internet connection in lavasa is unstable and very poor. 7. Pets are NOT allowed. 8. private parking space available. FOOD ARRANGEMENTS : -SELF COOKING : Kitchen available for self cooking with gas stove, refrigerator, dinner sets, basic utensils,microwave and cutleries. You are welcome to self cook; wherein cooking masala and food materials are to be bought by yourself. Also retail shops available in lavasa for buying food materials. -COOK FACILITY : Cook available on request but need to be told in advance. Food materials can be brought by your self or can be told to the caretaker and pay as per the bill of food materials. Note : Money to be paid directly to the cooking maid as per use of service. This is not included in accomodation tarriff. - DINE OUT : All restaurants that offer variety of cuisines at waterfront shaw are at a distance of 5 mins from the villa by car. - Else, simply get your take away parcel in. Guest access The guests have access to entire villa, with three rooms and lake facing Lawns in villa. There is also a living and dining room, lobby areas and a private kitchenette. All of the rooms have access to private/ shared balconies. Other things to note Lavasa city corporation is charging Rs 500 for every 4 wheeler car/Suv entry to the lavasa city as its a private hill station. This charge is to be paid by guests at the main gate security of lavasa and is not included in accommodation tariff.
