Tarifa holiday home for rent in a small exclusive beachside development of luxury townhouses, each with its own private garden opening out on to a large communal area with swimming pool (open during the summer months), children´s splash pool and play area and a floodlit paddle tennis court and secure parking for 2 cars. This townhouse is comfortably furnished (for a maximum of 6 adults) with modern furniture has a rooftop solarium and outside terraces on the ground and first floors. The space The ground floor living area is open plan with staircase leading up to 3 double bedrooms on the first floor. One bathroom is en suite and one is shared by the other bedrooms. The 4th bedroom is on the second floor. Keyholding: Daily from 9.00 to 20.00hrs. The return or collection of keys outside of opening hours incurs a supplemental fee of 10€ per hour after the close of office. Key handover is not available after 24hrs. Delivery of keys: Daily between 9.00 and 20.00. For out-of-hours arrivals, you must pay an amount of €10 per hour after 20hrs. We do not make entries after 24hrs. Guest access The swimming pool is open during the SUMMER MONTHS ONLY. Normally 15th June - 15th September.
