There is a spacious sitting area with comfortable sofa and chairs, and a nice dining area with 8 chairs and big table. The kitchen is fully equipped; Large fridge with freezer, gas hob, oven, rice cooker, toaster, coffee maker, microwave and washing machine. The master bedroom has a large TV with wifi, a walk-in closet with a private bathroom with bath, separate shower and toilet. The second bedroom also has a private bathroom with shower and toilet, the other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with shower and toilet. From the kitchen you enter the spacious terrace with private pool, there you find a large table and 8 chairs with a BBQ. At the pool with Jacuzzi you have an outdoor shower, sun beds and beach chairs at your disposal, there is a large garden with tropical plants and surrounded by a high wall for total privacy. The total surface of the villa with pool is 600m2. The Villa is located on a guarded compound 24/7, the compound is located on a main road with various supermarkets, local markets, delicious restaurants, pubs and cozy bars within walking distance. The bakery where you can buy fresh bread every morning is also not missing. (transport is not necessary, everything is within walking distance. The villa is only minutes ( with a taxi or scooter) from the center of Pattaya with its large shopping centers, famous nightlife, street markets, golf courses and beautiful beaches. On arrival On arrival the beds will be made, 4 towels will be provided on each room and we will welcome you at the Villa to give you the keys and all the information. The refrigerator will be filled when you arrive with FREE bottles drinking water. Daily Cleaning We have a daily cleaning service, our cleaning girls will come and clean the house every day for you. After 6 nights we will provide clean sheets on the beds and change the towels. Information At the Villa you will find a information map about restaurant, bars, golf, supermarkets, tours and attractions in and around pattaya. On the compound is also a large swimming pool with club house plus 24×7 gated security and night patrols. The estate is located just off a main road which has plenty of good restaurants and fine bars including a Irish Pub, Swiss restaurant,many Thai restaurants, minimarkets, fresh food markets, a German bakery around the corner, ATMs, shops and massage spas all just a few minutes walk from the villa. Other things to note On arrival we will welcome you at the Villa and give you the keys. - The refrigerator will be filled when you arrive with FREE bottles drinking water. - The beds will be made when you arrive, 4 towels are provided on each room. - We have a daily cleaning service; our cleaning girls will come and clean the house every day for you and make up the beds. - Every 6 nights we will change the sheets and towels for free. - FREE Electricity 80 kWh a night, thats for normal use enough, water usage from the tab is free by normal usage. When you use more then the FREE 80 kWh the extra cost will be 8 Baht a kWh.
