Cadence BnB Guesthouse- Room 1

Cadence BnB, an ex-convent, is a 7 bedroom lodge and 20 minutes from the National Park. Hosts Ross and Rosanne Barker live in the private front part of the residence. You are not staying in their space - only sharing with other guests. A small kitchenette has two hobs, microwave, fridge/freezer, bench top oven, electric frypan but no oven. All pots, pans, plates provided. A continental breakfast is served. All linen, towels provided. All toiletries listed are in the 4 new bathrooms. The space The 7 comfortable rooms and delightful lounge/dining area provide a very private , peaceful stay for our visitors. You can have as much of us as you wish; visit for a coffee and chat or get on with what you came to Stratford to do. The rooms are simply but freshly decorated. Each area has new carpet, a vanity and a space to hang your clothes. Bedrooms 1, 2, 6 and 7 have wardrobes. The lounge can be used for dining, working, watching TV, DVD's and Netflix or for curling up with a good book or magazine. As of 1 June 2024 we have 4 new shared bathrooms. This listing has been limited to 8 nights but if you need longer please contact us and we will see what we can do. Special rates apply to longer hires. Because we are not charging you a cleaning fee we ask you to pick up all rubbish and deposit in appropriate bins, leave your room and kitchen neat and tidy with all dishes washed and put away. Guest access You can park on the street or in our off street parking if space permits. You can access the garden seating area through the back door and the garden gate. The residence is separated from the lodge by a swinging door. As a guest you have access to the kitchenette, bathrooms, laundry and lounge/dining. We will arrange an access code for you on arrival for the door which is off the guest car park. During your stay Each day is very different. I am very involved in activities around the community but love to be able to assist. I particularly enjoy playing board games such as Catan, Splendor, Dominion and Clank. Other things to note You need to know that our family live in the property. We sometimes access our laundry, garage and car park through the hallway of the lodge. We try to not impinge when you have asked for privacy.
