Our place is situated along the road of Katipunan Street Labangon. With nearby restaurants, convenience store, coconut stand for refreshment, agym, pharmacy, bakery, bank, dress shoppes, shoe shops and lot lot more. The space The space is a private room in a 4 storey building with 20 rooms and a gym. The room is spacious with aircon and own CR. You will be climbing a flight of stair. We have a dog named Gard, he is tough though. We also have a hen and a rooster that you will meet everytime you pass through the stairs, it is a touch of a rural. Guest access Guest can use the gym just tell him you are an airbnb guest so you will be free. You can also enjoy the city view at the rooftop, best to go is at night or early morning because its hot if the sun is up already. During your stay I like to talk to our guest and share with them about going around Cebu so they maximize their stay. But if you stay just to rest then you can absolutely have it. My room is just in the next door so you can knock anytime if you need something. Other things to note Our place is accessible to many parts of Cebu with a public transport, a fare of 7 pesos only. We are also near to South Bus Terminal that makes our place a favorite to those who will be travelling to southern Cebu.
