Last minute availability! This is a comfortable, quiet, home-from-home where you can relax and enjoy living in a quiet waterside village on the edge of the River Plym. It is a self contained house (the top two floors of a town house) with a completely private garden and a hot tub! You will love staying here and enjoying the local beaches, community fun and waterside views. The space This modern and charming townhouse is laid out over three floors- a private entrance on the ground floor, leading upstairs to a kitchen/ lounge/dining area on the middle floor leading to secluded back garden with a hot tub. Then on the top floor, there’s the bathroom, one master bedroom with water views of the Plym and the Hoe, and the second bedroom (beds set up as either one king or two slim singles) with views of a dramatic green cliff face and the garden. The house is well equipped and relaxed. Guest access The house is a home from home and you will have private use of the secluded garden, kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom. You’ll have everything you need including towels, bedding, shampoo etc and household items including crockery, dishwasher, hairdryer, digital alarm clock radio and TV/DVD player . There is no washing machine. You will have WIFI and a dedicated car parking space. Other things to note A maximum of two visitors permitted. Only smoke or vape outside the house. Take dog/s with you when you go out. Parking space only use the right hand bay opposite the house.
