This spacious one-bedroom apartment is located on the first floor of an authentic building. Please note that there is no lift, but the wide and beautiful wooden stairs are a highlight of the architecture. The space is thoughtfully laid out with a large living room that includes a dedicated dining area and a full kitchen for preparing meals. High ceilings throughout the apartment create an airy and light-filled atmosphere leading into a quiet bedroom and a full bathroom. BEDROOM & SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: - Bedroom 1: Comfortable 160x200 cm bed with ample natural light, a wardrobe, and AC. - Baby Cot: Always available on request for an additional cost of 35€ per stay STANDARD AMENITIES To make your arrival as smooth as possible, we provide: - Kitchen: Fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, capsule coffee machine (plus complementary capsules), water kettle, and toaster. Includes a starter kit of salt, pepper, olive oil, sugar, and all necessary cookware. - Bathrooms: Stocked with shampoo, hair conditioner, body soap, a hairdryer, and an initial supply of toilet paper. Leave the stress of traffic at home and enjoy the city by foot! The apartment has a water boiler, if you are taking a shower for longer than 20 minutes, the hot water might start cooling down. LONG-TERM RESERVATIONS Reservations of 15 nights or more are considered long-term reservations and are subject to the following rules: -> A safety deposit may be requested at check-in and will be refunded after the apartment is checked and all outstanding bills are settled. -> Electricity and water are charged separately based on actual monthly usage, unless guests choose to pay a fixed fee of €3 per night to cover these costs. -> By booking a long-term stay, guests agree to provide the host with access to the property when requested, for maintenance assessments.
