Kleinplaas is a guesthouse situated under Paarl Rock with magnificent views over valley. Double room with full en suite bathroom and seperate entrance. More than one room available. Walk out onto verandah and garden with outside braai facilities. Communal kitchen and diningroom. Indoor fireplace with for the cold evening. Kleinplaas is in town but against the mountain, therefore in nature,close to town with restaurants, schools, wine estates. The space The room in the guesthouse is completely private with private entrance and ensuite bathroom. The communal spaces are the outside braai area, garden, kitcen and lounge Guest access Guests enter the room from the stoep which looks out onto the garden and the views over the valley. Guests can enjoy their braai in the garden and stroll up to the horses. Walks can be taken from their room up the mountain. Walkers, joggers or mountain bikers will enjoy the terrain, surrounded by trees with the incredible views. Other things to note The property is situated high against the slopes of Paarl Mountain with the views over the valley. A short drive down and one is in town with all Paarl's lovely restaurants and shops. Our Arabian horses add a country, farmlike atmosphere to our place.
