The three-room apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed (180x200), a small bedroom with two single beds (90x200), a kitchen, a large bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed (140x200) and an adjacent dining room furnished in Baroque style with a large table in the centre. In the living room and bedroom you can find two large smart TVs with which guests can relax while watching their favourite films and TV series, thanks to the free service we offer with a pre-registered Netflix account. The kitchen area consists of a table with 4 chairs and is equipped with all the necessary amenities: a hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer compartment, complete set of pots, pans, dishes, cutlery and all the various utensils for cooking or creating meals on your own or as a couple. There is also a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine, with which guests can enjoy fantastic coffees.
 The bathroom is complete with all the necessary sanitary facilities: a shower, a bathtub, a washing machine, a mirror and a hairdryer. There is a free Shower Kit consisting of Shower/Shampoo and Body Cream. There is also a terrace where you can enjoy a fantastic breakfast, lunch or dinner with your family, companions or friends. 
Please note that smoking is absolutely not allowed inside the flat. Bed and bath linen is ISO-certified; there is nothing more important than a home with high-quality, clean and fresh bed linen. Guest access The apartment is entirely available to guests and is fully managed with 24/24h self check-in so as to give complete freedom of arrival. Guests have access to the communal swimming pool (available from 1/6 to 14/9) and picnic area surrounded by greenery.
