Perfectly placed house Golfe du Morbihan, St Armel

The house is located in the middle of the sleepy village of St Armel, just 5 mins walk from the coast of Golfe of Morbihan. Ideally situated in the Morbihan region of Brittany, France, it provides an ideal touring base for those who value everything you need to make a holiday to remember! The space The house is nestled in the centre of the village with plenty of parking available. Downstairs is an open planned living room with kitchen, a sliding door leads onto a small terrace which is a fantastic suntrap in the afternoon/evening. There is a downstairs toilet. Upstairs there are two bedrooms each with a double bed. There is a bathroom with toilet bath/shower. On the third floor , accessed by a spiral type staircase, is the attic with 2 sleeping spaces, one with a double bed and the other with 2 x single beds (note there is no door between these areas). The house is perfectly placed to explore the Golfe of Morbihan and nearby Vannes. 1 x King size bed 150 x 200 cm 2 x Double bed 135 x 190 cm 2 x single beds 90 x 190 cm There is a stove in the living room and there should be enough wood for your stay. Guest access You will have the entire house to yourself. Other things to note Bed linen or towels are included for weekly rentals only, but can be rented for 10 euros per bed. We ask that you leave the house tidy and clean when you leave There is ample hot water in the house, and this is heated by electric, though do bear in mind the tank is a certain size and water will run cold if used extensively. The hot water is set to automatically heat up when it falls below a certain temperature. The house is completely non-smoking. Thank-you in advance
