There is no washing machine directly in the apartment, but there is a self-service laundry in the 7th building of the apartment complex. Service costs: washing - 300 rub., drying - 200 rub., powder - 40 rub. Pets (up to 15 kilos) are allowed in the apartments with a one-time surcharge of 2100 rub. (no matter how long you stay).
