Modern and offering great sea views over Granite Island and The Bluff the property is an entertainer's delight with large open plan areas and a park across the road where you can watch the kids kick a footy or play hide and seek from your big front balcony. The beach is just a two minute walk and the shops and restaurants of Victor Harbour and Port Elliot are only 5 minutes away. The space The fully grassed enclosed large backyard is excellent for the family. Other things to note Guests are to provide own linen including top & bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels, beach towels, hand towels (3 toilets) and teatowels. Quilts & pillows are all provided. If you would like to hire linen (includes everything for around $20- 25-/bed) & have it delivered to your door and picked up after your stay you are most welcome.
