If you're looking for a house to visit the pink city and its surroundings while avoiding the crowds and noise of the city center, you've found the right place! You can get to the famous Place du Capitole in about 20 minutes by car or transport. The city offers all amenities such as supermarkets, pharmacies, doctors, playground, lake… Perfect for exploring the region: 45 minutes from Carcassonne, 1 hour from Narbonne, and 15 minutes from Toulouse and Blagnac Airport. The space Our house is about 140 m2. At the entrance, you will find a small hallway that opens onto a large, open and bright living room. There is a cozy lounge area with TV where you will have access to Netflix, Amazon Video and Disney and a library area. There is also a dining area with a large table for family dining. At the back is an open kitchen with a central island where there is a gas hob. You will have access to all appliances: fridge, freezer, kettle, oven, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans and Thermomix. There is also attached to the kitchen a laundry room with a sink where there is a large freezer, washing machine, dryer, steam iron, ironing board. A large hallway leads to the 5 bedrooms. The first is the master suite with a 160 bed and a shower room. Then there are 3 bedrooms with single beds and 2 of them are connected thanks to a sliding door that separates them. And the last bedroom at the back serves as a game room for us, there are toys, board games, books, slate wall… everything you need to keep your children busy for long hours. It can also be used as a bedroom because there is a large 180 bed. And finally a large bathroom with shower, bathtub and double sink and separate toilet. The garden will offer you several spaces. On one side of the house is the children's area with a trampoline and soccer nets. Behind the house is a large grassy area. On the second side of the house, the living space with a very large tiled terrace, a summer kitchen with beer tap, plancha, barbecue and sink. There is also a large table for outdoor dining. We have a beautiful above-ground pool of 5 m*3 m and 1.20 deep to cool off and a pergola next to it with a small cozy lounge in the shade. And finally on the front of the house you will find a small vegetable garden that will allow you to pick tomatoes, zucchini, salads, cucumbers, strawberries… depending on the season and a chicken coop. All fenced. Indeed you will not be completely alone during your stay because we have 2 hens and a cat who will keep you company. We ask guests to feed them, we'll leave you everything you might need. The hens will give you 2 fresh eggs a day and will delight your children who will go and collect them. Nala our kitten is very old and very nice, she spends a lot of time outside and loves to be petted. Here you will be at home during the holidays, it is a real house where we live with our children all year round. See you soon in the south!
