Stunning house, fenced garden, and outdoor dining!

This lovely house, formerly the home of society shoe designer, Oliver Sweeney, sits at the top of the quaint hilltop village of Hennock, near Bovey Tracey. With distant views over the valley and beyond, the enormous and fully fenced garden is sheltered, private and very secluded, and has many Mediterranean plants including palm trees, olives and figs. And if the weather isn't beautiful enough for sunbathing, the sitting room has a massive CuddleMuffin sofa, flat screen TV and wood burning stove. The space The house has recently been renovated, and has three bedrooms (two super King, and one King), and three bathrooms, two of which are en suite. The downstairs is open plan with the kitchen leading to the dining room, then sitting room (with new huge extra wide Loaf, Cuddlemuffing sofa and wood burning stove), then out onto the terrace with a BBQ, and the outdoor dining room, and the glorious garden. The master suite opens on to the roof terrace which has spectacular views and has a huge canopy day bed, perfect for snoozing, meditation or evening drinks. All bedrooms and the sitting room have smart TV's (with Netflix, Amazon Prime etc) and there is superfast wifi throughout. Guest access You will be 200 yards from the village pub, which serves real ale, local cider, (Mike and Dan are your landlords) and delicious food. Or really spoil yourselves, and have our Private Chef, come over to prepare the most wonderful, amazing dinner for you at home.... You'll find lots to do here. The house is in the Dartmoor National Park, where wild native ponies roam, with wonderful walks over the moor, and great country pubs, or Devon cream teas, and only 5 minutes from Bovey Tracey with its' buzzing street cafe's, bars and restaurants, the Farmers Market (real farmers!), The House of Marbles, and the Arts Workshop where you can buy original paintings and pottery, all made by local artists, etc. And you're only 20 minutes from the lovely Devon beaches.
