Large terrace with garden, in a quiet neighborhood, near the Olympic stadium, 15 minutes walk from the metro station, 20 minutes by car from the airport. The space The area is residential and quiet and is located 15 minutes from the "Irini" station and the Olympic stadium. By metro you will be in the center of Athens in 20 minutes. On the spacious terrace you can, weather permitting, have your breakfast or your coffee under the shade of the vine. The shops are not far away: Bakery, Supermarket, Cafe, Grills. Guest access The space is completely independent throughout your stay, you will have all the comforts and we will not disturb you. However, during periods when there are no guests, the space is used as an auxiliary to our main residence, which is why there are some cupboards and wardrobes which contain our personal belongings which we would like you to respect. Other things to note The accommodation tax is the "Climate Crisis Resilience Fee" which is entirely attributed to A.A.D.E. and is 2 euros per night (November-March) and 8 euros per night (April-October), based on the Decision of the Ministry of Finance A1217/2023 and its amendment with Government Gazette No.: B’ 7301/31.12.2024.
