This listing offers nightly rates (2 nights minimum), for the room 2 people maximum. Nearby: ° Bus stop ° Bayonne city center and train station 5 minutes away ° Beaches 10 minutes away ° Biarritz Airport 20 minutes away ° Spain 25 minutes away I can tell you about this beautiful area to make your stay the best possible. The space I offer 3 pleasant and comfortable bedrooms, located upstairs. The rooms are all fully equipped with shower and sink, TV and fiber: ° The SECRETS room (No.1, blue): with 1 double bed of 160 cm and garden view ° The DREAM room (No. 2, golden): with 1 bed of 140 cm and balcony overlooking the garden ° The CONTES room (No. 3, gray): 2 beds of 80 cm or combined for 160 cm Private spa and wellness center on site for an additional fee and by reservation. Linens and towels are provided as well as toiletries. Dryer and washing machine available on site, at extra cost. The toilets are shared and cleaned every day Non-smoking accommodation (possibility outdoors). Pets not allowed. ° It is not the ENTIRE HOUSE that is for rent. ° RENTAL in July/August is for 2 NIGHTS MINIMUM or for a WEEK but no possibility per MONTH. ° From September to June, MONTHLY rental and long stays up to 10 months. ° Monthly rental is possible from September to June ONLY. Guest access Coffee is offered during your stay. I also offer a breakfast package at 10 euros per person (by reservation in advance). You also have the option of bringing your own breakfast.
