Small independent house, next to our main house, 15 minutes' walk from the village on the heights of Serres: a small corner of paradise in the middle of nature on a property of several hectares (hiking trails from the house, stream, bamboo grove, forest, black soil…) For a total immersion in the place, we invite you to leave your car at the bottom of our dirt road (about 50 m from the cottage) we will take care of bringing up your luggage. The space The fully renovated home is spread over 2 floors: - On the ground floor, a 15 m2 living room with wood-burning stove, 140 futon sofa bed, dining table and an equipped open kitchen (+ washing machine). - Upstairs, a large bedroom with a 140 bed giving access by a ladder to a small mezzanine in the attic with 2 90 beds. Shower room/toilet. - Possibility of accessing Wi-Fi upstairs. - Central heating. - No smoking allowed NB: The accommodation is surrounded by nature, this can sometimes lead to some nuisances. In summer, dormice pass over the roofs of houses, especially during the period when there are fruits in the garden, and make a little noise some nights on the roofs. (they are not in the house) Outside, pleasant private space. -Possible capacity up to 6 in more rustic comfort. - Weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday benefit from a preferential rate. 7-night stay -15% -the accommodation contains the essentials for traveling light (bed linen, household linen, toilet paper, pepper & salt, spices, soap, sponges, dishwashing liquid...). We provide one bath towel per person, consider taking more if you want to go swimming. * * * We provide you with the necessary equipment and products. If you don't want to do the cleaning, we offer the cleaning service option at the end of the stay: extra €40.
