Other: Towels are provided (1/guest/trip)and free internet NOTE:Apartment is cleaned and sheets are diligently changed after every guest. Guest access For daily and weekly rent you can enjoy your nice room ,the lobby and the garden on 1st floor. ( Pool and Gym is for customer who stay 30 days above ) For daily , weekly, and monthly rent ,we have to do the registration card for entering the entrance of the lobby , which cost 5 USD per person for the whole stay, This cost is not include in the rental fee. For customer who stay 30 days above , you can enjoy infinity pool and gym on 38th floor , great view of downtown Bangkok and a superb night view and the 39th floor is a high altitude gym. Other things to note This condominium is the newest condo in this prime area, very convenient with lots of nice restaurants ,coffee shops( Starbucks, Coffee club), massage shops, clubs,bank ,7 eleven,villa supermarket etc. I can say that it is value for money ,the rooms and amenities in the room make you feel like home while the price for this room is very much cheaper than the hotel nearby @sukhumvit 11 and Nana area .
