Small cute room on the ground floor of the romantic old house. The house is located 1 minute from the train station, 9 minutes to the main train station and 15 minutes up to Uetliberg, the most beautiful viewpoint in Zurich. 5 min to tram 14, bus 33 and 80. The space Living room In front of our house is the city at our feet and behind the house is a meadow, right next to the forest. Important: The rooms are very simple and in the anteroom and bathroom area there is a concrete floor. You must love old, simple houses, hence the cheap price!!! Next to the room is the bathroom (with bath and shower as well as washing machine), which we all use together in the house. Since we live in the upper rooms, you can see each other at most on the way to the bathroom or toilet :-) . In the room there is a coffee machine and in the large laundry room there is a kettle, a microwave, a private fridge, dishes and cutlery, sugar, salt, spices, vinegar and oil for you and if something is missing, just ask! In front of the bedroom there is a small table for eating, see photos. The toilet is located one floor higher. The garden can be shared, barbecue and recreation right in the forest next to the house on the meadow. In addition, there is a large trampoline and a red and a black cat. Guest access What is special is that the entrance on the ground floor leads through the large laundry room, which is also the bathroom. Sometimes there is also laundry hanging to dry and the light switch is at the second door. To ensure that there is no increased humidity when hanging laundry or taking long showers, there is an automatic dehumidifier in the bathroom/laundry room. The anteroom to the room has only a small window, which is also the cat entrance. Another door leads to the basement. The kitchen can only be used in exceptional cases and on request. The rest of the house is only used by the family. If you appreciate simplicity and like uncomplicated people, you are in the right place with us :-) . During your stay Miscellaneous: We, my husband, I and our child are usually at home in the evening and in the morning. However, it may happen that we are absent during the school holidays. But everything is well labeled, so you can find your way around without us. However, we will notify you of absences in good time. If we are on vacation, I ask you to take the bedding away yourself. New linen is ready for the new guests, thank you very much! Other things to note We want quiet, friendly people who don't smoke and respect the house rules and love to spend a few nights in an unconventional old house. We do not have normal Wi-Fi but a cable for Internet connection with different adapters. If none fit, a suitable adapter can be purchased at our expense. In addition, it is important to us that you have studied our offer carefully, so that you can be sure to get what you imagine.
