We can accommodate up to 10 people, we suggest you rent our 2 buildings at the same time. These are 2 semi-detached but independent homes because they do not communicate with each other. Each of the houses has: 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom. You can share moments together, or enjoy being at home for more privacy. 3 km from the magnificent Château de Grignan The space On the outskirts of the village, this atypical stone house welcomes you in an authentic and friendly atmosphere. Carefully renovated with noble materials, it combines the charm of the old with modern comfort, for a holiday dedicated to the sweetness of life. The living room, warm and comfortable, is organized around a fireplace, the true heart of the house, ideal for sharing beautiful moments with family or friends, summer and winter. The stone walls and wooden elements create a cozy and soothing atmosphere. The living room invites you to socialize and share meals. The rooms offer a quiet and comfortable setting, conducive to rest after a day of discovery. Located in a peaceful environment, this village house full of character is the perfect place to meet, relax and enjoy an authentic stay in a region rich in nature and heritage. Each of the houses have: 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom. This will allow you to share moments together, or enjoy meeting at home for more privacy. You can also enjoy a charming small fenced pool "Laghetto" of 3 m / 2 m and 80 cm deep (installed on a terrace below the garden), a gas barbecue or a wood barbecue, a hammock, deckchairs and a dining area with tables and chairs. On the other hand, the garden is not fenced, but you are in the countryside. Children can play safely, there is no traffic. From the house you have access to many forest paths for lovers of walks or hikes and in the surroundings many activities are available to you: bike rental, fishing, ATV ride, horseback riding or with donkeys, golf club, climbing, tree climbing, geocaching... Or discover our heritage (castles, fountains, classified villages...), our local products (truffles, lavender, honey, olives...), our specialties (nougat, picodon, coast of the Rhone) or our crafts (pottery, ceramics, painters, sculptors...) Baby equipment available: 1 barrel bed, 1 umbrella bed, 1 high chair, 1 changing table, 1 bathtub, 1 safety gate, 1 sunbed, 1 bottle warmer, 1 jar and toys. HOUSE LINEN: Sheets, towels, tea towels and bath mats, included in the price of the stay. *** Description of the 2 houses: 1) LA BERGERIE D'HELENE, village house of 120m2, composed of 2 levels: On the ground floor: ∙ A 15m2 entrance hall with dressing room, wood burning stove and independent toilet, ∙ A beautiful 20m2 exposed stone vaulted bedroom with 1 double bed in 160cm, 1 pull-out bed that can sleep 2 beds in 90cm and 1 large dressing room, ∙ A bathroom in a row with a large Italian shower, double vanity, and washing machine. Please note that you will need to walk through this room to get to the bathroom. Upstairs: ∙ A bedroom of 13m2 with 1 bed in 140cm, a dressing and a dresser, ∙ A large living room of 47m2 with an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, dishes...), a dining area and a seating area (two sofas, a TV, DVD player, hifi channel, board games, puzzles, toys, DVDs, CDs and books). 2) MAISON D'HELENE, village house of 100m2, composed of 3 levels: On the ground floor: ∙ A large bathroom with shower, sink and toilet ∙ A shed with a washing machine and where bicycles, a stroller or any other items can be stored. On the 1st floor: A kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, dishes... and a period fireplace, ∙A living room with a 3 seater sofa (not convertible), a bench that can be converted into a double bed 180cm, armchair and TV, DVD player, games, toys, DVDs and books. On the 2nd floor, sleeping area with 2 attic bedrooms: ∙ One bedroom with 1 double bed in 160cm, ∙ A second bedroom in a row with 1 double bed in 140cm, 1 single bed in 90cm and 1 crib. Please note that you will need to walk through the first bedroom to access the second bedroom. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment. Private garden with a charming little swimming pool to cool off.
