You can also visit São Jorge Castle and reach the city center (Baixa) by foot. At the end of the street you can take the Tram 28, which runs from Basilica da Estrela to Martim Moniz, passing through Baixa, Bairro Alto and Chiado - basically all the historical neighborhoods of Lisbon - a tour you should not miss.
