Private terrace with barbecue, plancha and garden furniture. The space This beautiful 30-square-meter apartment will give you complete satisfaction. It's fully equipped. It is very well insulated, it is cool in summer, no need for air conditioning, and warm in winter. You can cook as you like, eat in the living room or outside in the setting sun, and relax in the garden. A barbecue is available for your grills, as well as a plancha. The coffee machine is from the Dolce Gusto brand. The TV is adjustable thanks to an arm fixed in the wall. At night, you can enjoy the illuminated terrace for dinner, and the bluetooth ceiling light in the bedroom to listen to your favorite music or watch a movie before going to bed. In the living room, a 150 X 200 sofa bed is at your disposal if you come with a child. I also have a travel cot. Guest access The neighborhood is very quiet.
