Up to 7 people, covering 86 m2, on the doorstep of the Morvan, a green oasis where you can enjoy the tranquillity of rivers, lakes and forests. The space On the ground floor, over an area of 49 m², there is a fully equipped kitchen (sink, dishwasher, fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine and Dolce Gusto coffee machine), a living room with fireplace, a lounge area (sofa bed), and a dining room. The house has a bathroom on the ground floor with 1 washbasin, 1 toilet and a shower. A second space on the ground floor contains a second toilet and a washbasin. A third space on the ground floor contains the second shower and a washbasin. The 200L water heater heats up constantly. The house is not equipped with a washing machine but you will find a laundromat in the city center (at 2 rue Mathe, provide 5.5 euros for 6.5kg and 0.5 euros for laundry), it is easy to use and quick (45 min), the machine cannot be opened while it is running, leaving you 45 minutes of freedom in the city center. In the house waste sorting is mandatory, the city of Avallon has spaced its collections in order to enforce it. Upstairs, on 36 m2: Bedroom 1 with a 140cm x 190cm bed, firm new mattress. Bedrooms 2 and bedrooms 3 are in a row. In bedroom 2 there are 3 separate 90cm beds. In bedroom 3 you will find a bed of 140 cm x 200 cm, new tonic mattress and an extra bed for children up to 6 years old. The beds are all equipped with duvets and not blankets. There is no bathroom upstairs. Bookings include the linen package in the price to be paid, which explains the charges applied to additional guests. electricity consumption over 50 kW per night at your expense.
